For how long are products guaranteed?

All products on this web site are guaranteed for 1 year from date of receipt and will be replaced or refunded if faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

My product is faulty and falls within the guarantee period, how do I return it?

Please return the product along with a description of the fault and your proof of purchase (you will need to indicate your RBS WorldPay Transaction ID) to:

We cannot accept returns without a proof of purchase.

I don't like giving my card details over the internet, can I pay by cheque?

Our site uses industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128-bit technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. In this way, information passed between your computer and us cannot be read in the unlikely event of someone intercepting it. Furthermore, we use RBS WorldPay secure credit card processing system to accept payments from this website. When entering your card details you will be transferred to RBS WorldPay's secure payment site to ensure the safety of your details.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to deliver all internet orders by recorded delivery within 5-8 days of receipt of order. If you have not yet received your order, please contact us quoting your WorldPay transaction ID (sent to you via email on completion of your purchase).

I've changed my mind! Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 7 days of our accepting your order or within 7 days of receipt of goods for a full refund. Refunds are made to the credit/debit card account used to purchase the returned items. We do not offer cash refunds. We cannot replace any item after this time unless it becomes faulty.
